The Catcher in the Rye has been my favorite book for years and it’s always helped me through tough times. I’m also studying to be an English teacher, so a literary tattoo is only fitting. such a cool idea if you have a catcher in the rye tattoo, i judge you a lot if you’re studying to be an english teacher how do you not realize that the catcher in the rye is a horrible work of literature it’s a nice tattoo though Gotta admit that tattoo is far better than the overall content of that book. why so much hate? I don’t think the book was meant to be a literature breakthrough… It has meaning to her and she can probably relate to Holden and his experiences in some way, as most people do that ENJOY the book. I think this tattoo is rather “grand” ;)
